Our client, a search firm focused in the healthcare space, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to support their team in NYC for a one month assignment with flexibility to extend. Hours are 9am-5pm with an hour unpaid lunch. They are currently in office Tuesday-Thursday and work remote Monday and Friday.Responsibilities:Assist with keeping the kitchen stocked and ordering weekly provisionsOrder office supplies as neededAssist with the organization of team-building and culture office eventsCoordinate and manage calendars for multiple executivesResearch, book, and coordinate executive travel domesticallySubmit and take care of expense report processingSchedule and manage conference rooms, greeting guests, scanning, mailing, etc.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of administrative experience out of a corporate officeMust have a strong attention to detail and be a team playerStrong written and verbal skillsCompensation:Up to $30/hr DOEBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
