We are a residential property management seeking a part-time back office manager in our office in Greenwich, CT.
Responsibilites
Handle incoming calls and manage tenant and vendor issues
Process leases, insurance certificates, purchase orders and other documents
Organize/File hard copy records and electronic filing systems
Follow up repairs, legal proceedings, insurance certificates, etc.
General office duties
Qualified candidates must be capable of:
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow direction
High computer (Microsoft) literacy
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Part-time position.
We are seeking daily office work – approximately 20 hours per week.
