Job description:
Our client a well-known nonprofit healthcare company is seeking a temporary sales administrative assistant to join their team in the sales department. This is a long-term assignment with the possibility of going perm.
Information for administrative assistant for sales operations:
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Onsite NY, NY
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
In this role you will be supporting the sales and marketing department by doing the following:
Processing Home First and MAP referrals for enrollment.
Maintaining Home First data bases.
Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.
Maintaining various databases used for sales reporting and department audits
Overseeing inventory room.
Qualifications administrative assistant for sales operations include;
High School Diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred
Two or more years in a customer service environment
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) User knowledge of health care related computer systems/applications
NYS Health and accident License Preferred
Strong listening skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
