Our client, a leading financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a long-term temp Administrative Assistant to support a Managing Director and a Principal in their Private Capital business. This role starts ASAP, as soon as we can find the right person with an estimated 3-month temp contract (with potential to extend or wrap up a bit earlier if they find their perm hire). This person must have experience supporting high-level professionals, demonstrated strong attention to detail, expert scheduling skills, very strong experience booking travel, and reconciling expenses. This role is ideally onsite, Monday - Friday but there is flex for a hybrid 4/1 schedule if desired. The standard daily hours are 9am-6pm with flex for OT as needed (if things come up after hours, especially travel-related, you will need to respond).
