Administrative Assistant needed in Long Island City for HVAC/Construction Company.
Previous experience with a construction firm is required and a must.
Qualifications should include: Computer Savvy, Microsoft Word and Outlook, Excel, Multi-tasking and Team Worker.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- assisting Project Managers with various tasks, typing Proposals, P.O’s and C.O’s,
- maintaining proposal and change order logs,
- assisting in preparing and maintaining expediting logs,
- preparing bid documents,
- data entry assignments (word, excel),
- writing and answering e-mails,
- setting up folders and files.
Hrs. are 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.
