Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Trading Management Team in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5/5:30pm and this role is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.Responsibilities:Coordinate calendars and conference call schedulesPrepare expense reports in a timely fashionBook heavy domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, and car servicesMake dinner and lunch reservations for teamMaintain files and manage access to shared foldersOrganize logistics and administrative details of quarterly business reviewsQualifications:5+ years of AA/EA experience, out of financeProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and computer based programsDetail oriented individual capable of handling a high volume of work in a fast paced environmentCompensation/Benefits:Up to $115K base on experience + OT + bonusMedical, dental, and vision package with small employee contribution3 weeks PTO, 2 personal days, unlimited sick401K with matchGym and full medical suite onsiteHealthy snacks and coffee/beverages in the officeBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
