-The Administrative Assistant/Social Media Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our customers as well as those our charity serve.
-The candidate will have a love for social justice and help lead our campaign to END HUNGER NOW!
-This is a dual position where the candidate will work for our charity that fights hunger and do admin work for the restaurant as well.
-This position encompasses various responsibilities including answering phone calls, grant research and writing, managing the company's social media accounts, efficiently collecting and inputting customer information into our database.
-Answer incoming phone calls and respond to catering inquiries. Handle any and all delivery service partner discrepancies.
-Accurately input customer data into our database and send updates to customers as needed.
-Manage all social media accounts
-Create and schedule engaging posts, promotions, and updates to maintain an active online presence.
-Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and courteous manner.
