Position: Tablet Press Technician

Location: Maspeth , Queens NY

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: 20-30 / hr

Charismatic Talent is the Internal HR Department Hiring for our client is a leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products in a regulated, GMP-compliant environment. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tablet Press Technician to join our team and support our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, set up, and maintain tablet press machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.

Perform routine equipment checks, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to maintain optimal machine performance.

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations in all aspects of production.

Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and other required documentation.

Measure and handle raw materials in metric units, including kilograms (kg), grams (g), and milligrams (mg).

Work in a clean room environment while following strict safety and hygiene protocols.

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with CFR regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve processing equipment issues in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or related industries.

Proficiency in working with metric weight measurements (kg, g, mg).

Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, CFR guidelines, and clean room protocols.

Experience with processing equipment and an ability to identify and address technical issues.

Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills for batch records and logbooks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification is a plus.
