We’re looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator. TIG welding a plus!
Requirements:
3 years of experience working with metal sheets (Required)
Must know but not limited how to fabricating sheet metal products. (Required)
Fabricate a random piece as part of the hiring process
Ability to read architectural and shop drawings and specifications (Required)
Adhered to timeframes.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Punctual and organized.
Available to work extended hours.
Bilingual English & Chinese/Spanish is a PLUS
Drivers license a plus
Responsibilities
Use of Manual and Power tools to fabricate.
Interpret trim and panels measurements meticulously and plan well to reduce waste.
Mark cutting, bending, and welding lines.
Set up Metalwork machinery, including but not limited to Rolls, Drills presses, flame cutters, brakes and shears.
Grind and Finish completed products.
Perform quality check on completed products.
Lift heavy materials and tools.
Follow all safety regulations.
Maintain record of all work orders.
