Job Description:
We are seeking a Multiple Positions one Stainless Steel Specialist and R&D/Sustainability Engineer.
Stainless Steel Specialist:
Responsibility
-Perform advanced stainless steel and Aluminum welding tasks, including TIG, MIG, and spot welding, ensuring high-quality and precise work.
-Inspect stainless steel and Aluminum for defects or imperfections and ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
-Work closely with the design, engineering, and production teams to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy in execution.
-Operate and maintain various tools and machinery related to stainless steel and Aluminum, including hydraulic press, Aluminum bending machine, cutters, and welding equipment.
-Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Stainless-Steel Specialist or in a similar role within the metal fabrication industry.
-Proficiency in various welding techniques, particularly TIG and MIG welding.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
-Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to metalworking and fabrication.
R&D/Sustainability Engineer.
Responsibility:
-Conduct research on sustainable materials, technologies, and processes.
-Develop and test new products or processes that reduce environmental impact.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, supply chain) to integrate sustainability into product design and development.
-Perform life cycle assessments (LCA) to evaluate the environmental impacts of products or processes.
-Ensure products and processes comply with environmental regulations and standards.
-Stay updated on relevant environmental laws and industry standards.
-Work with external partners, such as suppliers and research institutions, to advance sustainability initiatives.
-Participate in industry groups and forums to share knowledge and stay informed about sustainability trends.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/or Material Science
-Knowledge of sustainable materials, energy systems, environmental regulations, and life cycle assessment (LCA) tools.
-Strong ability to analyze data, conduct research, and apply findings to practical solutions.
-Familiar with AutoCAD
-3-5 years of Experience
-Energy Simulation Tool a plus
-Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and external partners.
-Creative and effective problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions for sustainability challenges
