We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing and Account Management

Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing relationships with

our clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service and creativity.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about flowers, have excellent communication skills, and

be adept at managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including individual customers,

corporate clients, and event planners.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication

and follow-ups.

- Understand and anticipate client needs, preferences, and expectations to provide tailored

floral solutions.

2. Account Management:

- Manage client accounts from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring seamless service throughout

the entire process.

- Coordinate with the design and delivery teams to fulfill orders accurately and on time.

- Handle all administrative aspects of client accounts, including order processing, invoicing,

and payment follow-ups.

3. Sales and Upselling:

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies to boost

sales.

4. Event Coordination:

- Work closely with clients and event planners to design and execute floral arrangements for

events such as weddings, corporate functions, and parties.

- Oversee the setup and breakdown of floral arrangements at event venues.

- Ensure all floral arrangements meet the client’s vision and are executed within budget and

time constraints.

5. Customer Service:

- Address and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

- Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and assess client satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and feedback.

6. Market Insight:

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide informed

recommendations to clients.

- Participate in industry events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product

knowledge and service skills.
