Joonbug is the nation’s leading producer of nightlife events. We produce events on all major holidays and one-offs with celebrities and prominent DJs. Joonbug creates new event ideas, runs small and massive bar crawls, and is a discovery platform of what to do in nightlife and provides business-to-business solutions for the hospitality industry.
We are expanding our social media team and looking for an advertising manager. This is an in-office position, not remote
Key Responsibilities
· Build out a growth-focused paid social strategy, balancing coverage of key audiences and categories with maximizing revenue
· Own campaign management from planning and building to day-to-day optimization and budget allocation across paid social channels (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
· Analyze performance & help to establish KPIs by campaign and audience type to maximize scale within KPI constraints
· Work closely with the Organic Social team to define and build a comprehensive Social Media strategy
· Establish best practices by audience type and product category
· Create and manage testing roadmap, including A/B, lift, and geo tests
· Evaluate & test new opportunities
· Stay updated on industry developments and algorithm changes
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Meta Business Suite, preferably within an ad agency, but optional.
-Strong understanding of SEO principles as they apply to current platforms (FB, IG, tik tok, and Eventbrite)
-Excellent communication and project management skills.
-Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
-Familiarity with Facebook ad campaigns and monetization strategies.
-You must pay close attention to detail and can meet deadlines, ensuring efficient project management.
