Marketing Representative
A Brooklyn Rehabilitation Center is looking for a marketer to join our Team.
Individual will be taking on a marketing and business development role that includes marketing our facility , obtaining referrals, developing relationships with key individuals in hospitals.
This is not an office position, the position requires travel and work in the field.
You will be collaborating with the Admissions Director and other staff.
Must be able to work independently, with integrity and efficiency.
Market to referral sources to obtain referrals to our facility.
Educate referral source about our facility and specific benefit of choosing our facility for their patients.
Must be well organized and flexible.
Must be outgoing and energetic
Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities – preferred but not required
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems
Knowledge of Healthcare, Medical facilities, and Hospital systems, especially in Brooklyn
Responsibilities
The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and identifying resources to meet the census goals of a Skilled Nursing Home.
The successful candidate will have experience in developing strategic marking plans to build relationships with hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors, community organizations, etc., to generate admissions at the facility and enhance the Nursing Home brand
Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals
Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
Communicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances
