Job Description:
This job requires both people and technical skills, is varied in its day-to-day functions, and has ample room for growth. We are a husband-and-wife team with three businesses - one selling a CRM system, one selling business coaching services, and one putting on bluegrass music events.
Marketing and Business Development
- Help us develop new and existing customers through marketing campaigns
- Create marketing materials such as landing pages, emails, PowerPoint documents and printed materials.
- Write copy for marketing initiatives
- Update social media
- Update the websites using WordPress
- Be the first friendly line of support for customers calling in with support issues.
- Support office with a variety of administrative tasks
Job Qualifications:
- Engaging customer service-oriented persona
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexible and able to multi-task
- Excellent phone, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage ongoing projects
- Desire to work for a small company
- Previous marketing experience preferred
- Knowledge of CRM (customer relationship management) software ideal
- Previous customer service or technical support experience ideal
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
This is a 20-hour a week on site part-time position, and includes working meals. Salary is $18/hr.
