Role: Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (Part-Time Contractor – 3 Days/Week, On-Site Preferably)
Location: New York, NY (Financial District)
Schedule: On-site 3 days per week (contractor / 1099 arrangement)
We are seeking a part-time marketing contractor to support our firm’s paid ads and social media presence. The ideal candidate will manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), execute keyword strategies, oversee conversion tracking, and produce engaging Instagram/social content.
Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns:
Perform keyword research, apply negative keywords, optimize bids and budgets.
Implement and validate conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, call tracking).
Build campaign structures, ad groups, ad copy, and extensions (sitelinks, calls).
Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns, including audience creation, targeting, and creative testing.
Create and schedule Instagram/social content (graphics, captions, reels).
Track KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS); prepare concise reports with insights and recommendations.
Conduct competitor/market research to inform strategy.
Collaborate directly with firm leadership to align campaigns with business goals.
