We have a passionate customer base, an engaged network of instructors, and a proven product catalog.

Now, we’re looking for a strategic leader to drive the store’s performance, manage the team, and take full ownership of achieving our annual revenue goals.

The Role

We're seeking a Digital Store Director—a strategic operator who can take charge of our online store's direction and success. You’ll be the captain of the ship, leading our talented marketing team, working with invested instructors, and unlocking the full potential of our platform. You’ll coordinate people, ideas, assets, and execution—ensuring the store consistently hits revenue targets and continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Own the store’s revenue goals and growth strategy

Lead and facilitate weekly team meetings, ensuring accountability and alignment

Collaborate with instructors to plan and execute campaigns and promotions

Work with our project manager to move initiatives forward on time and on brand

Guide the marketing team (paid ads, design, email, social) with clear direction

Propose and execute creative campaigns that leverage our existing content and talent

Identify opportunities to improve sales performance across the product catalog

Monitor results and adapt strategy to stay on track for revenue goals

Act as the point person across departments—keeping communication clear and outcomes focused

What You Bring

Proven experience running or growing an e-commerce or digital product business

Strong leadership and communication skills—you’re great at guiding a team and rallying stakeholders

Strategic thinking with an operator’s mindset—you spot what’s missing and make it happen

Comfortable balancing creative direction with data-driven decisions

A background in digital education, photography, or creator-led brands is a bonus

Details

Part-time role, approx. 15–20 hours/week

Remote position with flexible hours

Pay: $50–$70/hour depending on experience
