Single-family residential developer looking to hire a professional to assist in obtaining zoning/building permits for new prospective vacant land opportunities in NJ. The job will be held in person in the Brooklyn area from Mon-Thurs 11am-4pm.
Skills/Requirements:
Drafting and submitting permits to respective municipalities (drawing plot plans, meeting municipality's requirements)
Providing expert analysis on prospective properties regarding viability for development
Coordinating the statuses of properties using our company software and communicating with other team members
Managing a large number of deals and applications simultaneously
Salary:
$30/hour plus a generous commission per permit obtained
