An immediate need for Skilled atty to remotely assist with drafting and building a file, along with a skilled paralegal with at least 5 years of on hand substantive personal injury experience for out-of-state solo practitioner with very busy practice. These are flexible positions. This position is 100% unsupervised and it can be conducted on your own schedule, during any hours, or during the weekend.
Atty: At minimum 2-3 years litigation and drafing experience including complaints to entry of judgment. Substantive SJ motions and oppositions, strong researcher. salary TBD, opportunity for percentage of recovery for right candidate.
Para position- At minimum 5-7 years experience. Must have access to vault of forms and sample docs standard duties include light discovery motion drafting (compel, preclude) processing azs, bps, d&i, not to admit, subpoenas, client communication, scheduling MUST- infant comp procedure and ancillary surrogate court administration and probate proceedings. The position requires at minimum, 25 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have access to a large reserve of forms which pertained to almost anything that can be done in a personal injury lawsuit. The individuals with experience know what I'm talking about.
The practice involves a product defect, medical malpractice, auto, premise, security, nursing home. These are gerat opportunities for the right candidate who can be trusted, is competent and responsible and loyal. Loyalty is key.
