Temporary Commercial Real Estate Attorney – NYC/Hybrid

Midtown law firm seeking a temporary attorney with significant experience in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements; reviewing, analyzing, and managing legal due diligence (including title, survey, environmental, and zoning); non-disclosure agreements and LOI’s, and managing and closing complex commercial real estate transactions.
