THE YANKOWITZ LAW FIRM, P.C. an established and expanding Plaintiff’s Personal Injury firm, is seeking a motivated, ambitious and organized Associate Attorneys with strong case management, writing, communication and deposition skills for our Long Island office located in Great Neck, NY(on the border of Nassau County/Queens)
The ideal candidates will be confident working independently on cases and will:
- Manage an assigned case load;
- Conduct depositions;
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses;
- Prepare and attend mediations, arbitrations, and Court appearances;
- Conduct settlement negotiations.
Trial experience a plus.
