Need CT attorney for business records subpoena (and/or counsel)

I am an out-of-state attorney needing to get documents (probably via a business records subpoena) on a small matter this is being ignored by the business. This is a pre-litigation matter, so I am not sure the procedures that need to be done. If experienced and available, I would appreciate hearing from you as I would like to move on this.
