We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3-5 YEARS OF "LITIGATION EXPERIENCE". You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
Process cases from suit to trial, independently prepare pleadings, respond to discovery requests, E-File, prepare and file Note of Issues, maintain daily calendar
This position is for full-time but would consider part-time/work from home.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paralegal in personal injury (3-5 year minimum)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
