We are seeking an immigration paralegal on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include:
Conduct client intakes to gather information and assess eligibility for immigration benefits
Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications
Gather and organize supporting documentation for immigration cases
Communicate with clients and government agencies to keep them updated on the status of cases and to resolve any issues
Assist with trial preparation
PRIOR IMMIGRATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
