A Law Office is looking for an experienced Attorney to handle immigration matters. Candidate must be fully proficient in Immigration Law and be independent.
Responsibilities include client consultations, evaluation and processing of the case.
Practice areas include Business Visas, Family-based Immigration, Political Asylum, Green Cards and Citizenship.
Knowledge of Deportation Defense and ability to make court appearances is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish or Russian is not required, but preferred.
Position is available in Manhattan or Brooklyn location.
