Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
Enter and manage client information accurately in our system
Assist clients with questions and provide excellent service and support
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Minimum 2 years of office experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional, and reliable attitude
