-Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
-Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
-Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products or services.
-Collaborating with other teams.
-Knowledge of using a device with internet service in order to submit applications.
-Attend morning meetings (In person and/or online, depending on your training).
