Porter needed for hi-rise apartment complex. Must have at least 2 years cleaning experience. Must be able to perform vacuum, maintenance, removal of garbage. Must be able to lift up to at least 50lbs. Must work in an efficient manner to get tasks done in a timely fashion. Experience with compactors and carpet cleaning equipment is a plus. All candidates will work an 8 hour day and their schedule can include Saturday, Sunday as normal work days. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.
There is a 90 day trial period which could lead to permanent Union position with exceptional benefits.
