As a Porter on the Health & Wellness team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a beautiful space for our residents to develop their health and wellness.

What you will do:
Maintain a beautiful space; Setting up for fitness classes, cleaning equipment, laundry for towels, tidy locker rooms, conducting daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks as well as other tasks deemed necessary by Fitness Center management.
Welcome and assist all residents and members in a friendly and professional manner. Greeting members with an enthusiastic and energizing vibe.
Contribute to the team, the member experience and the club to create a better community.
What you should have:
The ability to connect and engage with others and communicate efficiently and effectively.
Customer service and customer facing experience.
Some knowledge of the health, fitness and/or wellness industry.
3 years of experience in maintaining and cleaning an amenity space, a fitness center/gym preferable.
A physical ability to perform all required tasks (must be able to lift 50lbs).
The ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused.
The discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done.
A love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems.
A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.
What we offer:
We know that if we take care of our team, everything else will fall into place. We aren’t perfect, but we will try to set very clear expectations, always let you know where you stand, and do everything in our power to help you get where you want to go.
Base Salary: $20.00 - $21.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
