Parking Garage Supervisor

Platinum Plus Parking Garage is seeking a Parking Garage Supervisor with proven expertise to join our team, This position is crucial for ensuring a smooth daily operations and maintaining high service standards at our parking garage. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years min experience in the supervisory field . Responsibilities include : Oversee daily operations of the parking Lot . Cashier / cash transactions especially during peak hours (6:00am-2:00pm) and assist attendants/ park cars as needed ( ensure all car keys are in order and proper protocol is adhered to avoid loss of car keys), Ensure all attendants adhere to company standards , including uniform compliance and delivering excellent customer service, Cashier experience is essential , especially during peak hours to help attendants with POS system/ Shark Byte to manage transactions efficiently and accurately, Verify and reconcile all cash transactions accurately including VOIDS and other adjustments. Maintain a clean organized and well functioning garage environment, work closely with manager to implement and enforce operational policies and procedures, Requirements:Expierence min 3-5 years, including POS proficiency and handling voids, active Drivers License needed, Flexible for emergency coverage during weekend nights /overnight .
