Description:
We are looking for a reliable, skilled handyman to help with ongoing property maintenance for our NYC rental units.
Work includes:
Drywall repair & patching
Furniture assembly & installation
Basic carpentry & repairs
Light moving & lifting
General maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be able to travel to NYC properties reliably and on time
Open availability & quick response for on-call jobs
Own tools preferred (we can provide some when needed)
Skilled, detail-oriented, and professional
Must be able to work independently
Previous handyman / maintenance experience required
Details:
Pay: Per visit / per project – rate depends on scope of work
Ongoing work – multiple projects per month
Flexible, but must be ready for short-notice jobs
