available QUALIFICATIONS THAT EFFECT PAYSCALE:
1) Pruning experience
2) Edging /mulching
3)General plant install
4) Experience with lawn mowers (21, 48,& 61 inch walk behind , and or stand riding mowers)
5) Experience using string trimers , back-pack and ground blowers
6) Experience installing and servicing irrigation systems
7) Ability of fill out daily paperwork
8) Organizational skills
9) Ability to follow directions and be respectful to workers and customers
10) Bi lingual (Spanish-English)
11) CDL drivers license
12) Snow plowing
The qualifications listed will determine your starting pay. We pay you based on your experience.
