Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer / Carpenter to support day-to-day field operations. This position focuses on driving the company van for material pickups and deliveries, general housekeeping, demolition, and assisting with light carpentry and framing tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of working safely in an active construction environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive company van for material deliveries and pickups.
Perform general housekeeping and job site cleanup.
Assist with demolition, debris removal, and material handling.
Support carpenters with basic framing, blocking, and light construction work.
Perform patching, compound work, and minor painting when needed.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding material needs and progress.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Strong knowledge of tools and construction practices.
OSHA 40 certification required (SST 62-hour preferred).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Reliable, punctual, and able to lift 50+ lbs.
Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
Proficient in English and Spanish.
