JR PROJECT MANAGER– PLUMBING & GC WORK
A union plumbing company is seeking a JR PROJECT MANAGER for commercial GENERAL CONSTRICTION AND PLUMBING WORK.
- Must have knowledge of all phases of general construction, plumbing, heating, fire sprinkler work
- At least 3 years’ experience in commercial general construction, plumbing and fire suppression work
- Must be able to schedule jobs, order material for the job, and coordinate crews
- Must be capable of reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise project crews/subcontractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have transportation to and from job sites throughout the New York City and Lond Island.
- Must have OSHA Site Safety Training card (SST) and CPR, First Aid certifications.
- Experience working with the NYSCA, NYCHA, DDC, DPR, and other NYC agencies is preferred
