HVAC Contractor looking to grow our Service Tech Team ASAP. This job services commercial and residential customers. Candidates must be highly proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues related to HVAC installations, start-ups, boiler, gas heating and service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works on HVAC systems including but not limited to: package air conditioners, split systems, DX systems, glycol, controls, etc.
Performs standard preventative maintenance duties on allHVAC and High Efficiency Boiler Equipment.
Troubleshoots and diagnose problems, change out compressors, failed parts, etc. on all A/C equipment.
Soldering, brazing refrigerant lines, water lines, etc. required
Performs daily debriefing with dispatcher and tech team on job status and information regarding equipment ID, completed tasks, problems encountered, assistance needed with repairs,etc.
Understands technical schematics and control circuits.
Acts as service ambassador with the customer and presents our company in a positive light.
Properly handles refrigerant, reclaimer, vacuum pump and other essential tools.
Follows industry standard safety practices including knowledge of MSDS, tool safety, equipment safety and ladder safety guidelines.
Properly operates and maintains Company Vehicle and learn how to maintain a truck inventory.
Establish relationships with other technicians to learn from them to be able to troubleshoot customer tickets
Satisfactorily completes necessary training classes as required
REQUIREMENTS:
One-year certificate from trade school; and some related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience would be beneficial but not required.
Experience withboiler repairs and gas heating required!
Basic in computer skills, experience in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Valid driver's license in good standing
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Available to perform overtime/on call duties when required
Salary range is offered depending upon experience.

Experience and Certifications:
Commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Service: 3 years
Required license or certification:
Driver's License
Osha Credentials Preferred: Osha 30; Osha 10 SST
Fire Department Credentials: F60; G60 certifications
