We are now looking for a motivated and reliable Glass Installation Apprentice to join our skilled team and learn the trade from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Installation Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced professionals to assist in the installation of a wide variety of glass products, including residential and commercial installations. Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assist with the installation of glass railings, shower glass enclosures, mirrors, glass furniture tops, and storefront glass applications.
Help with the installation of commercial glass, including partitions, office doors, and windows.
Load and unload trucks with glass products, ensuring items are handled safely.
Assist with basic shop work and prepare materials for installation.
Clean and organize tools, equipment, and vehicles on job sites.
Safely operate and maintain hand tools and power tools, including drills, chop saws, screwdrivers, levels, and more.
Help maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Collaborate with the team to ensure quality installations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Clean and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependability.
Willingness to learn a new trade and take on responsibilities.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades is a bonus, but not required.
