Job responsibilities include:
● Maintain cleanliness in common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, basement, etc.) and complete thorough daily cleanings of all building ‘high traffic’ surfaces.
● Sweep, mop, vacuum floors as needed
● Clean glass doors, windows and fixtures
● Maintain a neat and organized shop for supplies
● Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from designated and collection points
● Keep building entrances, sidewalk, and surrounding areas clean and free of debris, snow and ice
● Perform other duties as assigned to maintain the buildings appearance and ensure resident satisfaction
● Maintain a neat and orderly appearance at all times.
