Full Time Porter / maintenance person needed.
No experience required.
Must have an Employment Authorization
Need a valid social security card and able to work on the books as a W-2 employee.
40-hour week - Work on weekends or evenings as needed.
A full-time porter is wanted for:
1. Recyclable collection,
2. Garbage compactor operations
3. Mopping (hallways & stairwells)
4. Glass cleaning
5. Grounds keeping
6. Light landscaping
7. General building maintenance
8. Carrying and moving heavy items (as needed)
9. Additional cleaning and maintenance (as needed)
10. Assist with other related and relevant tasks as assigned and needed.
11. Snow shoveling (as needed)
Handyman experience A PLUS
Salary based on experience. Higher salary for an experienced individual
