Dorothy’s Petcare, Inc. a long-standing, reputable, Harlem/Morningside dog day care and boarding service is looking for a dog handler.
We have an immediate full-time position open for a dog handler who has a valid driver’s license (driver’s license is a requirement as is knowing your way around the city) and can also pinch hit as a dog walker in our dog walking business located on the Upper West side when necessary. We’re ideally looking for someone with prior professional experience. If you have no professional experience, it’s really important that you are specifically interested in working in the dog care industry.
Other requirements for this job:
-Must be able to do overnights (this is especially true for Holidays and Weekends)
-Must be flexible with your hours of availability
-Must be able to easily switch between dog handling, driving, and dog walking
-Must be able to drive and know your way around the city (yes, we said it before but it’s worth repeating)
