We are a brand-new residential cleaning company in NYC looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cleaning, as well as great attention to detail and time management skills. All applicants must fill out our application for consideration. Responsibilities:
· To travel around NYC via public transportation and perform residential cleans in clients homes.
· Maintain cleaning supplies provided by the company to ensure you are always prepared to do your job.
· Have great customer service when interacting with customers.
· Arrive promptly and in a professional appearance to the client's apartments .
· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and requirements.
· Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and materials, and order supplies as needed.
· Conduct regular inspections of cleaning equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning, with at least 1 year of experience in residential cleaning.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Extremely high standards and expectations to provide the best service in the city
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and materials.
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations and requirements.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
