Strike Force Maintenance Corp is leading commercial cleaning company. Our customers include commercial office buildings, day care centers, schools, nursing homes, medical facilities, and fitness centers. We are currently looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor. This is a working supervisory position, the position will require to work on jobs alongside the crew when needed.
Essential Job Functions:
Oversee and train cleaning crews.
Handle communication with customer to resolve complaints.
Order supplies as needed
Ensure coverage for cleaners when they are off
Clean assigned areas
Travel from Nassau to Queens for inspection and provide reports.
Additional responsibilities assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift 1-50 pounds
Be able to multi-task
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Must have reliable form of transportation
Experience with floors (Preferable)
