We are seeking reliable and experienced cleaning contractors to join our team. As a cleaning contractor with us, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients in the NYC area. Location: NYC (Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens)
Shift: Daytime & Afternoon, Typically 9 am - 6 pm
Hours: Part-Time/Full Time
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks according to established standards and guidelines.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned areas, including offices, homes, and commercial spaces.
Ensure efficient completion of tasks to meet client satisfaction.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing our company.
Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
Clean and sanitize kitchen and bathroom areas thoroughly, replenishing supplies as needed.
Make beds, change linens, and tidy up bedrooms, while dusting and cleaning living areas.
Care for various flooring types using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces for a streak-free shine.
Assist with organizing items upon client request and adapt cleaning responsibilities based on their preferences.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of paid residential cleaning experience.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Legal authorization to work in the US.
Demonstrated commitment to high cleaning standards and the ability to travel to all boroughs with necessary supplies.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at following instructions.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Capability to provide personal cleaning supplies and equipment.
Reliable transportation for commuting between job sites.
Ability to obtain liability insurance.
Possession of a cell phone for communication purposes.
