Responsibilities:
Oversight over all building functions including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC system
maintenance, and general repairs and handling all deliveries and storage of supplies and
equipment.
– Cleaning- including dusting, sweeping, mopping and deep cleaning
– Maintains fire prevention systems including sprinkler system, fire alarm panel, and fire
extinguishers
- Trash & grounds keeping, snow removal

Certificate of Fitness for Handling and Dispensing Flammable or Combustible Liquids in Portable
