Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance and Window Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of home appliances and windows. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
Perform window repairs including fixing broken glass, frames, and mechanisms.
Provide routine maintenance for appliances and windows to ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.
Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and provide maintenance tips.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in appliance repair preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance and/or window repair.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components related to home appliances.
Proficiency in using repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy appliances and windows as needed.
