Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept clean and well-maintained, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
Conduct buffing and floor care activities to maintain the appearance of floors.
Carry out commercial cleaning duties including restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
Assist with custodial tasks in facilities maintenance to ensure all areas are operationally ready.
Engage in industrial cleaning practices as required, adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness in residential properties through thorough cleaning and upkeep.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing is a plus.
Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be beneficial.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving equipment as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
