Should have deep understanding of legal recruitment processes, particularly within the context of OCI programs used by law firms and legal departments. Good communication, strategic mindset, and able to multitask. Legal law firm experience from a law firm. Strong understanding of the legal industry, including law firm dynamics, practice areas and hiring trends. Professional, good personality, reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask.
