HR People Support Coordinator
Reports to: People Support Director, Systems and Compliance
Exemption Status: Non -Exempt
Location: NY Corporate Support Office
Language Requirements: Bilingual Spanish (Verbal and Written)
Compensation: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
Purpose:
The role will provide overall administrative and employee experience support to the People Support function.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate New Hire Onboarding
Provide administrative support but not limited to the following:
o Document (I9 and New Hire form) Compliance
o All Benefit, FMLA and Worker’s Compensation Administration (manual, digital and reporting)
o Reference Checks / Verification of Employment
o Data Integrity (Entry and Maintenance)
o File Maintenance
o Deduction Reports for Benefits
o Employee Inquiries (e.g., PTO, Benefits, Employee Self-Service Inquiries, etc.)
o Administration of Leave Programs
o PAF Processing and Maintenance
o OSHA Reporting
o Termination Administration (state required)
o 80/20 Submissions and Audits
o 401(k)
o Miscellaneous Reports
Support the Field Office, People and Talent Managers with any administrative and systems support as needed
Assist in verbal and written translation communications
Assist in other duties as assigned
Requirements:
One Plus (1+) years of HR Administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent MS Word and MS Excel Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all contacts
Bilingual in Spanish is required
