We’re looking for an experienced Payroll and Benefits Administrator II or Payroll Manager who’s got the chops to handle payroll and benefits for a large headcount of over 1,000 employees. If you’ve got at least 3 years of solid experience and can juggle numbers, people, and systems with ease, we want you on our team. You’ll be calling the shots when it comes to payroll and benefits, making sure everything runs smoothly while working directly with leadership and key players across departments and different organizations to get things done.

This role isn’t just about processing payroll—it’s about leading the charge, improving processes, and making sure the people are taken care of in a timely manner. If you’re the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Run Payroll Weekly: You’ll be in charge of getting payroll done for a crew of 1,000+ employees, making sure it’s accurate, on time, and without any hiccups.

-Manage Benefits with Precision: Handle employee benefits, keep everything in check with the rules, and solve problems quickly.

-Crunch Numbers & Analyze Data: Use your Excel skills to pull reports, analyze data, and make sure we’re staying on top of everything payroll-related.

-System Savvy: You’ll use ADP Workforce Now or similar systems to streamline payroll, keep things running smooth, and improve efficiency.

-Team Player: Work closely with HR, Operations, and Payables to make sure payroll is on point, invoice accurately and help the business move forward.

-Lead Projects: Take charge of payroll projects, find areas for improvement, and implement changes to make everything run better.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

-Experience You Can Count On: At least 3 years in payroll and benefits, with a knack for leadership and handling big responsibilities.

-Tech Skills: You know your way around ADP or similar systems and can whip up Excel reports like its second nature.

-Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You’ve got an eye for the details and can tackle complex payroll problems without breaking a sweat.

-People Skills: You’re a communicator who knows how to collaborate with others and keep things running smoothly across teams.

-Independent & Results-Driven: You don’t need to be micromanaged—you take the initiative and get things done, no excuses.

-In-the-Mix: This is an ON-SITE position, so you’ll be hands-on with the team, driving collaboration and action.

Compensation: $20.00+ per hour, with bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and PTO.
