Job Opportunity: Part-Time Receptionist (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Location: Bronx, NY
Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We are a busy and welcoming Physical Therapy and Acupuncture Clinic in the Bronx, looking to hire a Part-Time receptionist to join our team. No prior experience is required – we will provide all the training you need!
Requirements:
Availability: Must be available to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 117
No Experience Needed: We will train the right candidate.
Skills: Reliable, friendly, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone and in-person
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
Verify insurance information and collect co-pays as needed
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain patient records and update information in the system accurately
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with office software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
