Are you an LPN/RN looking to join our dynamic team at the Harlem Head Start program, where you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of pediatric care for children aged 2 to 5. Responsibilities:

As a school, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Thoroughly reviewing and organizing medical files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for each child.

Demonstrating poise and composure under pressure, effectively managing challenging situations with a composed and solution-oriented approach.

Cultivating empathy and understanding in all interactions with students, faculty, and families, creating a nurturing and supportive environment.

Collaborating with healthcare staff to contribute to the well-being and safety of every child.

Assisting in the coordination of health-related programs and initiatives to enhance the overall health and wellness of the school community.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a dedicated candidate who possesses the following qualities and qualifications:

Proficiency in bilingual communication, facilitating effective interactions with diverse students, families, and staff.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, highlighting your commitment to emergency medical response.

Strong organizational skills, ensuring meticulous management of medical records and information.

A compassionate nature, promoting a caring and inclusive atmosphere for young children.
