RN's needed to provide case management in group homes working with the developmentally disabled.
Responsibilities include updating and maintaining the individual's monthly MARS and health records as required by OPWDD. Schedule and follow up on the individual's medical appointments. Request MD orders or extensions on existing orders or extensions on existing orders when necessary.
We are looking for nurses that can do 20-30 hours a week. Must be done during the week Monday-Friday and during the day. Flexible on the days of the week.
Requirements:
RN License through New York State.
BLS Certification through AHA.
OPWDD experience is preferred but not required.
